a. Personal & Profile Information
- Name & Username / Handle (e.g., @username)
- Email Address & Phone Number (used for profile identification and search by registered peers)
- Profile Avatar / Icon & Theme Color
b. Financial & Transaction Data
- Income, expense amounts, payment modes (UPI, Cash, Bank Transfer), and account names.
- Transaction timestamps, categories, notes, and tags.
- Inter-user transfer records (Sender/Receiver identities, transfer UID, and consent statuses).
c. Media & Attachments
- Receipts / Bill Images & PDFs: Files attached by users for transaction reference.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Ledger & Account Tracking: Calculating balances and generating local financial insights.
- Inter-User Transfers: Facilitating peer discovery and secure ledger entries.
- Cloud Synchronization: Syncing profiles and transactions securely with Supabase backend servers in real-time.
- Receipt Storage: Securely hosting and retrieving uploaded bill receipts.
3. Data Storage & Security
- Local Storage: Core data is saved locally on your device via encrypted Room database storage.
- Cloud Infrastructure: Cloud sync is powered by Supabase with Row-Level Security (RLS) and HTTPS/WSS encryption in transit.
- No Third-Party Sale: We do not sell, rent, or monetize your personal or financial data with any third-party advertisers.
4. Permissions Requested
INTERNET & ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: For real-time transfer synchronization.READ_MEDIA_IMAGES: To allow picking and attaching bill receipts.POST_NOTIFICATIONS: To alert you regarding incoming transfers and requests.
5. Data Deletion & User Rights
You retain full control over your data. You can modify your information at any time, or request complete deletion of your profile and data directly from within the app settings or by contacting our support email.
6. Children's Privacy
Our app is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
